The fuel containers are manufactured from fuel resistant rubber and have an capacity of 2000 litres. They can be under slung from helicopters generally in a transport net and flown fully laden into remote inaccessible sites.
The tanks are deployed with a discharge pump set and filtration unit to enable clean dry fuel to be dispensed direct into aircraft or alternatively they can be used for diesel fuel for road transport vehicles.
They are interconnected to the pump set via a suction hose complete with dry break couplings and the discharge hose either has an aircraft coupling, over wing nozzle or in the case of diesel fuel it is distributed through a standard trigger nozzle. General discharge rate is 200 l/min though a filter system or 600l/min un-filtered.
